The spa is open Monday - 9am to 7pm, Tuesday - Friday from 9am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday, 10am to 6pm.
What are the rules of Spa etiquette?
To ensure that you and others reap the full benefits of the Spa experience, please...
- Arrive early. Arriving late will lessen precious minutes of your Spa service. Remember, your service will end on time so that the next client isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.
- Respect other guests. The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, so respect the other guests' right to privacy and quiet. The Fountain is smoke-free and cell phones are not permitted.
A 5-hour cancellation notice is required for all spa services. If notification is not received within this time requirement, you will be charged for your service(s). (In the case of a gift certificate, the value of the services will be deducted from the certificate.) If you cancel your appointment,you will be given a cancellation number for your records; it is important to retain the number. Making a reservation acknowledges the acceptance of this policy.
- Unused merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase, accompanied with a receipt, for a full refund, or up to 30 days for spa credit only.
- Gift Certificate must be presented at time of check in. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable.
- If you are a Quest Physical Therapy patient or a New York Sports Club member, you must present your membership card when arriving in order to receive your discount on massages, body treatments and facials. Discounts are available on Mon., Tues., and Wed. only. Discounts are not available on purchase or redemption of gift certificates. Not to be combined with any other offers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted at The Fountain. Payment by check is welcome with proper identification and a credit card number.
- An individual must be at least 16 years old to receive massages and body treatments.
What do I need to bring?
The Fountain Spa provides robes, slippers and other amenities for your comfort and convenience. Please remember to leave your jewelry at home.
How early should I arrive for a Spa service?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before your first scheduled service to allow yourself ample time to check in and change into a robe. This also allows ample time for the complimentary steam shower before all massage appointments.
Should I alert someone if I have any physical restrictions?
Yes. Please notify The Fountain when making your appointment of any physical ailments, disabilities, allergies, pregnancy or if you have used Retin-A.
Can I request a therapist?
Yes. Also, we have both male and female therapists for massages and body treatments. If you have a preference, please notify us when making your reservation.
Is child care available?
Since the spa experience is designed exclusively for adults, no children are allowed in the spa. Child care is available on a limited basis at New York Sports Club (located next door to The Fountain in the Ramsey location only.) Call: 201-327-1122.
What is the tipping policy?
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. Gratuities of 20 percent are customary.

- Credit cards are required to guarantee your reservations.
- A Spa Cuisine meal can be added to any package for an additional $12.
- Due to the popularity of our treatments, please allow ample time to reserve your appointments.
- Please leave your valuables at home. Many treatments require removal of jewelry. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Hygiene is of the utmost importance throughout The Fountain. For your care and confidence, we sterilize throughout our service areas.
- Treatments allow for set up time. All one hour treatments are 50 minutes hands on.
- Services are not necessarily provided in the same order as listed in the brochure.
